How to use
Application rates
- Spread and lightly incorporate into the soil. Fertilize at planting or at the beginning of the season, then every 4 weeks.
- Vegetable Garden: 1 kg per 10 m² (100 ft²)
- Trees and Shrubs: 40 g (1/4 cup) to 80 g (1/2 cup) per plant
- Flowers and Flower Beds: 120 g per m²
- Hedges: 1 kg per 5 linear meters (16 ft)
- Bulbs: Mix 30 g (3 tablespoons) into the soil under each bulb or spread 120 g per m² (3/4 cup/11 ft²) on the surface
- Seeding or Laying Sod: Spread 1 kg per 10 m² (100 ft²)
- Maintenance: Apply 5 to 10 kg per 100 m² (100 ft²)
- 1.5 kg covers 13 m²
Mother Hen’s Advice
- Four weeks after applying the transplant fertilizer, apply a specialized Acti-Sol fertilizer to meet the specific needs for the growth of your plants.
- Mix the granules into the soil to improve the effectiveness of the fertilizer. Avoid direct contact between the granules and the roots or stems.
